One of a group of elated Wallaby fans slapped him on the shoulder and taunted: “20 years without Bill better luck in 2007 mate. ” He just had to keep his head down take no notice and walk on. Four more years of it. It’s funny how the All Blacks’ timespan without a World Cup is rammed down their throats and indeed is the subject of such undisguised glee for so many pundits and supporters around the globe.

Uganda: Musoke Replaces Bukenya As Rugby Cranes Skipper

GA_googleFillSlot(“AllAfrica_Story_Inset”);The Uganda Rugby Union (URU) introduced the new skipper and his deputy as John Musoke and Moses Soita respectively to the press yesterday. Cente Rhinos captain Musoke is a former Sevens captain while Soita is the current Sevens skipper. Bukenya retained his place on the team but Mudoola was dropped. URU Chairman Andrew Owiny revealed that the decisions are part of a bigger plan to develop Ugandan rugby.
