Coach Bob Stoops says the workouts on Thursday and next Monday will be open. The practices will start at 6 p. at the U rugby fields west of the Lloyd Noble Center and will be open for about an hour. Seating will be available on the south side of the practice fields. If weather conditions force either practice to be moved indoors the public access will be canceled.
